Money Trees
Money trees are a special kind of tree that grows bells.
Once per day, you can find a glowing spot on the ground, and dig up 1,000 bells.
You are left with a glowing hole in the ground, which can have (up to 99k) bells buried in it.
After you plant the bells, a
Money tree
starts growing. Once mature, bells will appear like fruit.
It can be harvested only once - it then becomes a
Hardwood tree
.
The value of the bags on the tree depend on how many bells you originally buried. They are calculated as follows:
- 100-1k : Always 3x 1k
- 2k-9k : 70% chance of 3x 1k, 30% chance of 3x what you planted
- 10k-99k : 70% chance of 3x 10k, 30% chance of 3x what you planted
The average profit curve looks like this:
For an optimal return, bury 10k bells. If you can't afford that, then plant 100 bells only.
